摘 要:目的构建混合式教学中虚拟仿真护理实验课程教学质量评价指标体系。方法设计虚拟课程指标体系初稿,用德尔菲法对20名相关专家进行了3轮函询,运用熵权法确定各级评价指标权重。结果经3轮函询后,专家函询的积极性均为100%;专家权威系数分别为0.878、0.900、0.923;经3轮函询,一二三级指标的专家意见相同性分别为0.307、0.409、0.406。构建包含3个一级指标(学生评价体系、教师评价体系、公司评价体系)、11个二级指标和41个三级指标的虚拟课程教学评价指标体系。结论虚拟课程教学评价指标体系具有较好的可靠性和实用性,在混合式教学中可作为评价虚拟仿真课程教学质量的工具,提高教学效果。Objective To construct the evaluation index system for the teaching quality of virtual simulation nursing experimental courses in mixed teaching.Methods The first draft of the virtual curriculum index system was designed,and three rounds of correspondence were conducted with 20 relevant experts using the Delphi method.Results After three rounds of consultation,the enthusiasm of experts in consultation was 100%;The expert authority coefficients were 0.878,0.900,and 0.923,respectively;After three rounds of correspondence,the similarity of expert opinions for the first,second,and third level indicators was 0.307,0.409 and 0.406,respectively.Build a virtual curriculum teaching evaluation index system that includes 3 primary indicators(student evaluation system,teacher evaluation system,and company evaluation system),11 secondary indicators,and 41 tertiary indicators.Conclusion The evaluation index system for virtual course teaching had good reliability and practicality,and can be used as a tool to evaluate the teaching quality of virtual simulation courses in mixed teaching,improving teaching effectiveness.
