摘　　要：我国公安高等教育已经进入创新驱动发展的新时期,而传统的公安专业本科教育存在线上教学资源利用效率不高、教学管理系统智能化程度较低、实验室信息化和开放度不足、大数据类师资课程建设乏力、育人主体及模式单一等弊端,制约了当前公安专业大学生创新能力的培育和提升。相关公安政法类院校应抓住教育信息化2.0行动计划和“新文科”“新工科”建设的历史契机,全面革新教学理念、整合网络教学资源、加强教学管理信息化与智能化水平、构建全新实验教学平台、优化大数据课程与师资队伍、打造多方协同育人的科研实践平台,坚持“以学生为中心”的育人初衷,培养一批紧贴公安实战需求的复合型警务人才,全面助力“改革强警、科技兴警”战略。Public security higher education in China has entered into a new period of innovation-driven development,while the traditional undergraduate education of public-security-related majors has shown such drawbacks as inefficient exploitation of online teaching resources,less intelligent teaching management system,insufficient informatization and openness of laboratories,weak construction of teacher ability improvement courses based on big data,and single education subject and mode,which restrict the cultivation and improvement of innovation ability of public security students.Relevant public security colleges and law schools should seize the 2.0 action plan of educational informatization and historical opportunity of“new liberal arts”and“new engineering”construction to comprehensively innovate teaching concepts,integrate online teaching resources,strengthen informatization and intelligence of teaching management,build a new experimental teaching platform,optimize big-data-based courses and improve teacher ability,and create a multi-party collaborative practice platform for scientific research,so as to cultivate compound police talents who are qualified for public security tasks under combat conditions to facilitate the practice of reform and technology for police strengthening.
