摘 要:随着学校发展方式逐渐从外延向内涵的转变,价值作为学校文化的核心内容将发挥越来越重要的作用。本研究以634名中小学教师为样本,探究中小学校长价值领导对教师工作投入的影响及机制。分析结果表明:校长价值领导与学校团队凝聚力和教师工作投入都正向相关,团队凝聚力与教师工作投入正向相关,且中介了校长价值领导与教师工作投入的正向关系。此外,相比于九年一贯制学校校长来说,小学和中学校长价值领导与教师工作投入的正向关系更强,但城乡学校校长间并无显著差异。With the transformation of school development mode from extension to connotation,value as the core content of school culture will play an increasingly important role.This study takes 634 primary and secondary school teachers as samples to explore the influence and mechanism of value-based leadership of primary and secondary school principals on teachers'work involvement.The results show that principal's value-based leadership is positively correlated with school team cohesion and teachers'work involvement.School team cohesion is positively correlated with teachers'work involvement,and mediates the positive relationship between principal's value-based leadership and teachers'work involvement.In addition,compared with nine-year education school principals,the positive relationship between value-based leadership and teachers'work involvement of primary and secondary school principals is stronger,but there is no significant difference between urban and rural school principals.
