摘 要:为进一步完善产教融合办学体制,推动产教深度融合、激发企业积极性,培养更多的技能型、复合型人才,满足企业对人才的需求,职业院校作为产教融合的人才培养主体,在人才培养方案方面应随之变革及调整。以通信工程设计与监理专业为例,基于产教深度融合背景对人才培养方案开展自培养目标到教学评价的全过程创新与实践研究,并结合企业发展需要引入无人机辅助勘察设计作为通信工程设计与监理专业的核心发展方向。In order to further improve the system of integrating industry and education,promote deep integration of industry and education,stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprises,cultivate more skilled and compound talents,and meet the needs of enterprises for talents,vocational colleges,as the main body of talent cultivation for industry and education integration,should undergo changes and adjustments in talent cultivation plans.Taking the Communication Engineering Design and Supervision major as an example,based on the background of deep integration of industry and education,this paper carries out innovative and practical research on the entire process of talent cultivation plan from training objectives to teaching evaluation,and combined with the development needs of the enterprise,UAV assisted survey and design has been introduced as the core development direction of communication engineering design and supervision.
