摘  要:面向大学生扎实推进习近平法治思想进教材、进课堂、进头脑,是高校培养新时代高素质人才的重大政治任务,也是实施公民法治素养持续提升行动的重要举措。以浙江省部分高校为研究样本,进行调研分析发现,高校在开展习近平法治思想教育中存在教师理论供给水平不足、育人方式和手段单一、协同育人大格局尚未形成等现实困境,在一定程度上影响了习近平法治思想育人的实效性。因此,要把笃学践行习近平法治思想融入教育教学中,从师资提能、课堂提优、协同提效方面破解难题,提升习近平法治思想铸魂育人的针对性和有效性。To instil Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law in textbooks,classroom teaching and students is not only a key political task of cultivating high-quality talents in the new era but also an important measure to implement the continuous improvement of citizens legal literacy.Taking some colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province as research samples,we have found through investigation and analysis that there are some practical dilemmas such as teachers insufficient theoretical level,monotonous education channels and carriers,and the incompletion of a general pattern of collaborative education in teaching Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law in colleges and universities.This,to a certain extent,has affected the effectiveness of the education of Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law.In this regard,colleges and universities should integrate the learning and practice of Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law into education and teaching and crack the problems in terms of improving teachers ability,classroom teaching and coordination efficiency to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of casting souls and educating people through Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law.
