摘  要:传统客户体验挖掘系统存在系统CPU占有率高、数据挖掘测量结果误差大、系统存储率低的问题。为此,提出基于NAS的电力客户体验数据挖掘系统设计方法。完成系统软件框架的设计,根据软件的主要特点构建J2EE系统构架,建立系统模块对电力客户相关体验数据进行预处理,避免了数据紊乱和数据空缺,保证数据挖掘的真实性。通过对项目进行CPU占有率对比、数据挖掘测量值和实际值对比、系统存储率对比测试,验证了该方法对电力客户体验数据挖掘的准确度和实用性较高。The traditional customer experience mining system has the problems of high CPU occupancy,large error of data mining measurement results and low system storage rate.Therefore,a design method of power customer experience data mining system based on NAS is proposed.Complete the design of the system software framework,build the J2EE system framework according to the main characteristics of the software,and establish the system module to preprocess the relevant experience data of power customers,so as to avoid data disorder and data vacancy and ensure the authenticity of data mining.Through the CPU occupancy comparison,data mining measured value and actual value comparison and system storage rate comparison test of this project,it is verified that this method has high accuracy and practicability for power customer experience data mining.
