新时代文科专业设置与调整的规模、结构与特点——基于2013—2021年教育部数据的分析

摘　　要：高等教育在本质上是专业教育。《普通高等学校本科专业目录》是我国本科人才培养、学科专业建设和学术治理体系构建的重要依据。党的十八大以来,尤其是“四新”建设提出后,我国高等教育专业建设呈现出与国家需求同频共振,学科专业结构不断优化,专业建设活力持续迸发;文科专业调整呈现总体增量显著,管理类、艺术类、文学类新增专业点数多,新增专业重点聚焦国家急需、紧缺和新兴领域,专业“交叉融合”走向深入等特点。Higher education is professional education in nature.The Catalogue of Undergraduate Majors of General Higher Education serves as a basic guide for undergraduate talent cultivation,discipline setup and academic governance.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,especially after the proposal of developing the“Four News”(namely developing disciplines of new engineering,new medicine,new agricultural science and new humanities and social sciences),the ma⁃jor setup in higher education have been changing in tune with the national demands,its structure remaining optimized,and new majors mushrooming with great vigor.The number of liberal arts majors keeps on the rise in particular.New majors in management,art,and literature are growing to target the needs of the country’s emerging and urgently needed fields.At the same time,the cross-major integration is also going deeper.
