摘  要:“三全育人”理念和陶行知提出的“家庭、学校、社会”三位一体教育理念相呼应,指通过全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人清除传统高校思想道德教育存在的盲区,让思想教育、职业教育(技能教育、知识教育)、素养教育充分渗透到大学生的生活和学习中。文章在“三全育人”视角下对高职大学生职业素养培育展开论述,对“三全育人”的内涵、高职大学生职业素养组成、现状展开分析,并讨论职业素养培养的有效途径。The concept of"three complete education"echoes the trinity education concept of"family,school,and society"proposed by Tao Xingzhi.It refers to the elimination of blind spots in traditional ideological and moral education in universities through full staff education,full process education,and comprehensive education,allowing ideological education,vocational education(skill education,knowledge education),and literacy education to fully penetrate into the lives and learning of college students.The article discusses the cultivation of vocational literacy for vocational college students from the perspective of"three complete education",analyzes the connotation of"three complete education",the composition of vocational literacy for vocational college students,and discusses effective ways to cultivate vocational literacy.
