摘 要:培训评价组织是1+X证书制度的主要建设者,是职业教育与社会培训融合的具体推动者,是实施职业教育评价的第三方组织,是职业教育改革中的新型组织形态。推进1+X证书制度顺利实施,具体实践培训评价组织存在拥有“多重身份”、承担“多重职责”、面临“多重对接”三大关键问题。基于此,文章提出培训评价组织的培育路径及对策:完善培训评价组织培育的监管体系、构建培训评价组织的标准化管理机制、营造培训评价组织健康发展的社会环境。Training evaluation organizations are the main builders of the 1+X certificate system,the specific promoters of the integration of vocational education and social training,the third-party organizations implementing vocational education evaluation,and the new organizational form in vocational education reform.Promoting the smooth implementation of the 1+X certificate system,there are three key issues in the specific practical training and evaluation organization:"multiple identities","assuming multiple responsibilities",and facing"multiple connections".Based on this,the article proposes the cultivation path and countermeasures for training evaluation organizations:improving the regulatory system for training evaluation organization cultivation,constructing a standardized management mechanism for training evaluation organizations,and creating a healthy social environment for the development of training evaluation organizations.
