摘　　要：《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)的正式生效,不仅为水电能源合作提供了政策支持,也为水电职业教育跨境合作与发展提供了新机遇。传统水电技术人员已无法满足RCEP发展的需求,水电类职业院校要以改变传统教学方法、构建国际化课程体系、建设国际化师资队伍以及拓展学生国际视野为出发点,培养既具有过硬的专业知识,又具有处理国际业务和跨文化交际能力的综合素质人才,为中国企业“走出去”,以及RCEP中东盟国家水电发展提供技术援助和人才支持,推动RCEP战略下水电领域的合作与发展。With the official entry into force of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement(RCEP),it not only provides policy support for hydropower energy cooperation,but also provides new opportunities for cross-border cooperation and development of hydropower vocational education.Traditional hydropower technical personnel are no longer able to meet the needs of RCEP development.Hydropower vocational colleges should start from changing traditional teaching methods,building an international curriculum system,building an international teaching team,and expanding students'international perspectives.They should cultivate comprehensive talents who not only have excellent professional knowledge,but also have the ability to handle international business and cross-cultural communication,in order to"go global"for Chinese enterprises,as well as providing technical assistance and talent support for the hydropower development of ASEAN countries in RCEP,promoting cooperation and development in the hydropower field under the RCEP strategy.
