摘　　要：毕业生就业能力的高低是反映学校人才培养质量能否获得社会认可的重要方面,直接影响学校的办学声誉和生源质量。高职院校作为技术技能型人才培养主阵地之一,在培养学生高技能的同时也要注意工匠精神的培养。本研究探索高职院校通过培养工匠精神提升学生就业能力的4条路径,有重要现实意义。The high level of the employability of graduates is an important aspect that reflects whether the quality of talent training can be recognized by the society,and directly affects the reputation of the school and the quality of students.As one of the main positions of the training of technical and skilled personnel,higher vocational colleges should pay attention to the cultivation of craftsman spirit while cultivating students'high skills.This study explores four paths for higher vocational colleges to improve students'employability by cultivating the craftsman spirit,which is of great practical significance.
