摘　　要：数字化时代为高校充分利用数字技术提升治理能力与效能提供了良好的机遇。该研究结合“双一流”建设的时代背景,探讨了数字化变革在高校治理中的应然作为,分析了高校治理中数字化改革的现实困境,然后从顶层设计、智慧校园、管理服务、科学决策、数权监管等多个层面分别给出数字化提升高校治理效能的可行路径,旨在为高校数字化提升治理效能提供理论指导与实践借鉴。The digital age provides a good opportunity for colleges and universities to make full use of digital technology to enhance governance ability and efficiency.Combined with the historical background of“Double First-class”construction,the paper discusses the appropriate actions of digital reform in university governance,analyzes the realistic dilemma of digital reform in university governance,and then presents the feasible paths for digital improvement of university governance efficiency from the perspectives of top-level design,smart campus,management services,scientific decision-making,and digital power supervision.The aim is to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the digital enhancement of governance efficiency in colleges and universities.
