摘  要:随着基础教育课程改革不断深入,小学语文教育理论和实践发展充满活力,同时小学语文专业学生的主力军作用愈加凸显,而听课评课作为助推学生成长为专业教师的有效途径,对小学语文教育内在诉求、教师专业发展和教研水平提升等具有积极作用。在此前提下,该专业学生基本具备主体意识、参与意识、多角度评价意识和相关技术,但存在评价对象片面、所需能力欠缺、重点缺失以及反思能力不足等问题,因此,本论文提出构建多主体、模块化、多维度和反思型等不同模式作为针对性的听评课改进策略,从而促进小学语文教育乃至基础教育发展。With the deepening of the reform of the basic education curriculum,the theory and practice of primary school Chinese education are full of vitality,and the main force role of primary school Chinese majors is increasingly prominent.As an effective way to promote students to grow into professional teachers,viewing and evaluating lessons plays a positive role in the intrinsic appeal of primary school language education,teachers'professional development and teaching and research level improvement.On this premise,the students of this major basically have the consciousness of subject,participation,multi-angle evaluation and related technologies,but there are problems such as one-sided evaluation objects,lack of required ability,key points and reflective ability and so on.Therefore,this paper proposes to build different models such as multi-agent,modular,multi-dimensional and reflective models as targeted improvement strategies for viewing and evaluating lessons,so as to promote the development of primary Chinese education and even basic education.
