基于产教融合的地方院校金融专业人才培养研究

摘　　要：随着产业升级和技术革新的不断推进,金融行业对高素质人才的需求不断增加。而当前地方院校金融专业人才培养仍存在一些问题,如缺乏地方特色、激励机制不健全、实训设施落后、创新创业素养不足、缺乏双师型师资等。这些问题影响了地方院校金融专业人才培养质量,也制约了产教融合的深度发展。对此,本文提出了五个对策建议:一是制定具有行业和地方特色的培养方案;二是培养具备创新创业素养的金融人才;三是共建实训设施和基地;四是培养具备创新创业素养的金融人才;五是建设“双师型”教学团队。本研究旨在促进产教融合,提高地方院校金融专业人才培养质量,为金融行业培养更多优秀人才。With the continuous promotion of industrial upgrading and technological innovation,the demand for high-quality talents in the financial industry is increasing.However,there are still some problems in the training of financial talents in local colleges,such as the lack of local characteristics,the imperfect incentive mechanism,the backward training facilities,the lack of innovation and entrepreneurship literacy,and the lack of“double-qualified”teachers,etc.These problems not only affect the quality of financial professional training in local colleges,but also restrict the deep development of the integration of industry and education.To this end,this paper puts forward five countermeasures and suggestions:Firstly,to establish a training program with industry and local characteristics;Secondly,improve the incentive mechanism for the integration of industry and education;The third is to jointly build practical training facilities and bases;Fourthly,cultivate financial talents with innovative and entrepreneurial qualities;The fifth is to build a"Double-qualified"teaching team.The aim is to promote the integration of industry and education,improve the quality of financial professional training in local colleges and universities,and train more outstanding talents for the financial industry.
