摘　　要：推广了分块矩阵特征值估计的Brauer定理和Ostrowski定理,得到了更精确的特征值估计的Ostrowski-Brauer定理,给出具体例子,证明了结果的有效性。In this paper,we generalize the Brauer theorem and Ostrowski theorem of eigenvalue estimation of partitioned matrix and obtain the more accurate the Ostrowski-Brauer theorem of eigenvalue estimation.An example is given to illustrate the validity of the results.
