摘　　要：在全面互联网环境下,加强高校办公自动化建设,不仅是提升实际办公效率的重要手段,也是增强高校现代化办公水平的必要路径。现阶段高校办公自动化建设工作的推进受到相关因素的制约,包括办公自动化认知薄弱、现有办公系统功能单一、资源共享尚未实现、系统灵活性与开放性较弱等,为此,教师和有关人员应积极探索互联网环境下的高校办公自动化建设优化策略,推动办公水平与质量稳步提升。Under the comprehensive Internet environment,strengthening the construction of office automation in colleges and universities is not only an important means to improve the actual office efficiency,but also a necessary path to enhance the level of modern office in colleges and universities.At present,the promotion of office automation construction in colleges and universities is restricted by relevant factors,including the weak cognition of office automation,the single function of the existing office system,the unrealized resource sharing,and the weak flexibility and openness of the system.Therefore,teachers and relevant personnel should explore actively the optimization strategy of office automation construction in colleges and universities under the environment of Internet.Promote its office level and quality to improve steadily.
