摘　　要：基于新发展格局对涉外复合型应用技术人才的现实需求,从新工科与新文科融合的视角出发,以“专业+”为总纲,融入中国化、柔性化、灵性化、商务化元素,构建“一专四化”涉外复合型应用技术人才培养模式。在此基础上以CZ工学院为例,通过其实践成果验证“一专四化”涉外复合型应用技术人才培养模式具有一定科学性和可行性,能够为“走出去”企业提供有力的人才保障和智力支持。Based on the realistic demand of the new development pattern for foreign-related compound applied technical talents,this study starts from the perspective of the integration of new engineering and new liberal arts,takes"specialty+"as the general outline,integrates Chinese,flexible,spiritual and commercial elements,and constructs the training mode of"one specialty and four modernizations"foreign-related compound applied technical talents.On this basis,taking CZ Institute of Technology as an example,through its practical results to verify the"one specialty and four modernizations"foreign compound applied technology talents training mode has certain scientific and feasibility,which can provide strong talent guarantee and intellectual support for'going-out'enterprises.
