摘　　要：目的探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平、亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)基因C677T多态性在帕金森病(PD)患者中的表达及其与PD的相关性。方法收集PD患者50例和同期健康体检者60名进行MTHFR基因C677T位点检测,记录患者的基本信息。按Hcy水平分为高同型半胱氨酸血症(HHcy)组和正常Hcy组,测定两组的Hcy、叶酸、维生素B12、铁、总铁结合力水平进行统计分析。结果PD患者中T等位基因、TT基因型频率所占比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组C677T位点T等位基因频率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经logistic回归分析,TT基因型是Hcy的独立影响因素,伴有TT基因型者HHcy的发生率约是非TT基因型者的4倍(P<0.05);TT基因型是PD患者的独立危险因素,伴有TT基因型者患PD的风险约是非TT基因型者的11倍(P<0.05)。结论MTHFR基因C677T位点T等位基因有可能为PD患者伴发HHcy的危险因素。Objective To investigate the expression and correlation of Methylene Tetrahydrofolate Reductase(MTHFR)gene C677T polymorphism and the levels of serum homocysteine(Hcy)in patients with Parkinson′s disease(PD).Methods Fifty patients with PD and 60 healthy individuals were collected for MTHFR gene C677T site detection.Basic information of the patients was recorded,and Hcy,folic acid,vitamin B12,iron and total iron binding capacity levels of the two groups were measured and analyzed.Results The proportion of T alleles and TT genotype frequencies in PD patients was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the C677T site T allele frequency between the high homocysteinemia(HHcy)group and the normal Hcy group(P<0.05).According to Logistic regression analysis,TT genotype was an independent influencing factor for Hcy,and the incidence of HHcy in patients with TT genotype was about 4 times higher than that in non-TT genotype individuals(P<0.05).TT genotype was an independent risk factor for PD patients,and the risk of PD in patients with TT genotype was about 11 times higher than those without TT genotype(P<0.05).Conclusion The T allele at C677T of MTHFR gene may be a risk factor for HHcy in PD patients.
