摘　　要：针对航海类毕业生从事航海事业意愿低的现状以及就业过程中存在的问题,本文从国家政策、院校培养、个人情怀等多个方面探讨提高航海类毕业生从事航海事业意愿的对策,从而更好地应对在建设航运强国时代背景下留住航海人才的重大问题。In view of the current situation of low willingness to engage in navigation business for navigation graduates and the problems existing in the employment process,This paper discusses the countermeasures to improve the willingness of navigation graduates to engage in navigation business from the aspects of national policy,college training and personal feelings,so as to better deal with the major problems of retaining navigation talents in the era of building a shipping powerful nation.
