终身教育在网络环境下推广的策略探析——以成人继续教育为例

摘　　要：通过对终身教育定义、实施意义及存在的问题等要素进行简要分析后,研究以网络环境作为手段,将成人继续教育推广作为目标的实施策略,提出网络教育体系下推广终身教育的方式方法,如转变终身教育的管理理念、优化网络教学环境、创新教学模式、构建综合型教学体系、加强人才队伍建设等,旨在为网络教学平台下终身教育管理体制的完善提供可行性建议。Based on analysis of the definition,implementation significance,and existing problems of lifelong education,this work studied the implementation strategy of taking the promotion of adult continuing education as the goal by using the network environment.Aiming to provide feasible suggestions for the improvement of the management system,the strategies and methods of promoting lifelong education under the network education system have been proposed,such as changing the management concept of lifelong education,optimizing the network teaching environment,innovating teaching models,building a comprehensive teaching system,and strengthening the construction of talent teams.
