摘  要:中高职一体化教育教学管理模式的作用在于强化中职学校与高职学校的协调发展,拓宽学生发展渠道,更好地培养技术人才。为此,围绕中高职一体化教育教学管理模式开展分析,并以四川城市职业学院作为研究对象,阐述了管理模式在建设时存在的不足,提出了打造统一管理平台、强化教学质量监管、设计一体化课程体系、完善考核选拔机制等解决措施,以期提高职业院校的人才培养质量,丰富中高职分段人才培养衔接体系,为地方发展持续输送高素质人才。The function of the integrated education and teaching management mode of secondary and higher vocational education lies in strengthening the coordinated development of secondary vocational schools and higher vocational schools,broadening the development channels of students,and training technical talents better.Therefore,this paper analyzes the integrated education and teaching management mode of secondary vocational schools and higher vocational schools,takes Urban Vocational College of Sichuan as the research object,expounds the shortcomings of the management mode in construction,and puts forward some solutions,such as building a unified management platform,strengthening the supervision of teaching quality,designing an integrated curriculum system,and improving the examination and selection mechanism,in order to improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges,enrich the joint system of secondary and higher vocational talent training,and continue to provide high-quality talents for local development.
