摘  要:硫熏中和是亚硫酸法制糖生产的重要工序,而硫气质量好坏直接影响着硫熏中和清净效果,进而影响生产与产品质量。本文系统介绍新型硫气净化冷却装置的工作原理、组成及技术特征,并总结其实际应用效果。实践表明,应用该装置后,硫气中SO_(3)和升华硫的去除率分别为92.67%和100%,灰分含量降低97.7%;白砂糖质量全面提升,色值、SO_(2)、灰分、浑浊度等指标明显下降。表明该设备对硫气净化冷却效果明显,在糖厂应用前景广阔。Sulphitation and neutralization is an important process for sulphitation process,and the quality of sulfur dioxide gas directly affects the purification efficiency,which mostly determines the finished sugar quality and sugar yield,therefore,it is necessary to purify and cool the sulfur dioxide gas.The working principle,components and its application effect in sugar factories of a new sulphur dioxide gas purification and cooling device were systematically introduced in this paper.Practice showed that the application of the device,the removal rate of SO_(3) and sublimated sulfur in sulfur gas was 92.67%and 100%,respectively,and the ash content was reduced by 97.7%;the quality of white sugar had been improved.It showed that the equipment had an obvious effect on sulfur gas purification and cooling.
