摘　　要：“翻译批评学”在译学界是一个较晚被提起却又似被搁置的话题。尽管吕俊等学者的相关研究已经引起不少业内人士的关注,但人们实际对何为“翻译批评学”还缺乏一个全面、清晰的认识。本文拟以“批评学”为基点,从其他学科的“批评学”专著及相关研究论文中借力,通过对现有“××批评学”专著及相关研究中与批评学之“名”与“实”相关的三个主要方面进行翻译业内外的对比考察,探求翻译批评学的名与实,以助力翻译批评研究的发展。Studies of translation criticism is both a newly-started and seemingly-suspended topic in the field of translation studies.Though Professor Lyu Jun and a few other scholars'efforts have aroused attention on translation criticism studies(TCS),the name and nature of TCS seem still vague.To remove the vagueness,this paper conducts a comparative study of TCS and criticism studies in other disciplines mainly in three aspects,which hopefully will provide some driving forces for the development of TCS.
