阳光体育运动背景下的高校体育教学改革路径探究

摘　　要：现阶段,学生生活条件不断提升,学生自主选择权利也逐步扩大,但学生的身体素质却日益下降。究其原因,主要是学生参与体育运动的积极性不足,不了解体育的魅力和产生的力量。对此,立足阳光体育运动背景下,了解阳光体育运动的提出背景,强调阳光体育运动的价值,以及落实体育教学改革存在的不足。通过建立课程体系、创新教学形式、开展阳光体育活动的方式,全面革新体育教学工作的组织形式和实施办法,促进阳光体育运动在育人作用的全面发挥。At the present stage,the living conditions of students are constantly improving,and the right of students to choose independently is also gradually expanding,but the physical quality of students is increasingly declining.The main reason is that students are not motivated enough to participate in sports and do not understand the charm and power of sports.In this regard,based on the background of sunshine sports,understand the background of sunshine sports,emphasize the value of sunshine sports,and implement the shortcomings of sports teaching reform.Through the establishment of curriculum system,innovation of teaching forms,and development of sunshine sports activities,the organization and implementation methods of sports teaching work are comprehensively innovated to promote the full play of sunshine sports in educating people.
