摘  要:在动物饲料中添加吸附剂是减轻真菌毒素污染不良影响的有效途径。为了制备饲料黄曲霉毒素B_(1)(AFB_(1))高效脱毒剂,采用固相分散法制备了氧化石墨烯/金属离子复合改性沸石,通过研究其在模拟胃环境(pH=2)和肠环境(pH=6.8)下对花生粕中AFB_(1)的体外吸附率,筛选出最优复合改性沸石,并对其进行结构表征及吸附性能研究。结果表明:氧化石墨烯/钙离子复合改性沸石(GO-Ca-Z)对花生粕中AFB_(1)的吸附率最高;其具有丰富的孔隙;在pH为2和6.8的环境下,GO-Ca-Z(2∶1)(GO与Ca-Z的质量比为2∶1)的最大吸附量分别为0.046 mg/g和0.036 mg/g,与未改性的沸石相比,吸附量分别提高了2.42和3倍;吸附过程符合准二级模型,说明化学吸附在吸附体系中起到主要作用;经过酸浸泡后GO-Ca-Z(2∶1)比表面积和总孔体积显著增加,说明酸处理有利于提高材料的吸附性能。The addition of adsorbents to animal feed is an effective way to reduce the adverse effects of mycotoxin pollution.In order to prepare high efficiency feed aflatoxin B_(1)(AFB_(1))detoxification agent,graphene oxide/metal ion composite modified zeolite was prepared by solid phase dispersion(SSD).The in vitro adsorption rate of AFB_(1) in peanut meal in simulated gastric environment(pH=2)and intestinal environment(pH=6.8)was studied,and the optimal compound modified zeolite was selected,and its structure characterization and adsorption properties were studied.The results show that graphene oxide/calcium ion modified zeolite(GO-Ca-Z)has the highest adsorption rate of AFB_(1) in peanut meal,and the structural characterization shows that it has rich pores.When pH was 2 and 6.8,the maximum adsorption capacity of GO-Ca-Z(2∶1)(the mass ratio of GO to Ca-Z was 2∶1)was 0.046 mg/g and 0.036 mg/g,respectively,which was 2.42 and 3 times higher than that of unmodified zeolite.The adsorption process conformed to the quasi-second-order model,indicating that chemical adsorption plays an important role in the adsorption system.After acid soaking,the specific surface area and total pore volume of GO-Ca-Z(2∶1)increased significantly,indicating that acid treatment is beneficial to improve the adsorption properties of the materials.
