摘  要:由于谐波传动中刚轮、柔轮与波发生器装配时存在装配误差,可能会引起刚轮与柔轮齿廓干涉,从而影响柔轮齿面与齿根应力,以无公切线双圆弧谐波齿轮为研究对象,基于改进运动学法设计齿形,针对各种装配误差设计实验,并通过ABAQUS建立有限元装配模型进行计算,研究装配误差对柔轮应力的影响规律。结果表明,长轴方向刚柔轮中心距误差与凸轮径向安装误差对柔轮齿上应力影响最大,短轴方向刚柔轮中心距误差与凸轮径向安装误差次之,凸轮轴向安装误差影响最小;短轴方向刚柔轮中心距误差与长轴方向凸轮径向误差对柔轮杯底应力有较小影响;其余因素对杯底应力的影响极小。为谐波减速器的误差控制与补偿提供一定参考。Due to the assembly error in the assembly of circular spline,flexspline and wave generator in harmonic transmission,the tooth profile of circular spline and flexspline may interfere,thereby affecting the stress of the tooth surface and tooth root of the flexspline.Harmonic gear is the research object,the tooth profile is designed based on the improved kinematics method,the experiment is designed for various assembly errors,and the finite element assembly model is established through ABAQUS for calculation,and the influence of assembly error on the stress of the flexspline is studied.The results show that the center distance error of the circular-flexspline in the long axis direction and the radial installation error of the cam have the greatest influence on the stress on the teeth of the flexspline,the center distance error of the circular-flexspline in the short axis direction and the radial installation error of the cam are the second,and the impact of cam axial installation error is minimal;the center distance error of the circular-flexspline in the short axis direction and the radial error of the cam in the long axis direction have a small effect on the bottom stress of the flexspline;other factors have minimal impact on the bottom stress of the cup.This provides a certain reference for the error control and compensation of the harmonic reducer.
