摘 要:近年来,随着“中国制造2025”战略有条不紊地实施,装备制造产业转型升级步伐不断加快,我国机械制造业水平有了很大提升,为了适应市场变化,机械类专业人才培养也正在朝着产教融合不断靠拢。中职学校作为技能型人才培养的重要基地,应深入解读“产研嵌入式”校企合作模式于学生专业能力、职业素养发展的现实意义,积极创新教育内容与教育方式,搭建“产学研”一体实践基地,为学生提供更多实操机会,提升学生自身专业技能,让学生胜任不同的专业岗位,以此加快落实职业教育根本育人任务。In recent years,with the orderly implementation of the"Made in China 2025"strategy,the pace of transformation and upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry has been accelerating,and the level of China's machinery manufacturing industry has been greatly improved.In order to adapt to market changes,the training of machinery professionals is also moving closer to the integration of industry and education.As an important base for cultivating skilled talents,secondary vocational schools should deeply understand the practical significance of the"industry research embedded"school enterprise cooperation model in the development of students'professional abilities and professional literacy,actively innovate educational content and methods,build a practical base that integrates industry research,provide more practical opportunities for students,improve their own professional skills,and enable them to excel in different professional positions,To accelerate the implementation of the fundamental educational task of vocational education.
