应用型高校青年教师教学发展的路径分析

摘　　要：应用型高校青年教师教学发展存在知识结构性偏差。与之相关,应用型高校青年教师教学发展亟须解决的现实问题包括扎根本土的教育情怀有限、本土问题意识与本土教学资源转化能力缺乏和以学生为中心的智慧教学能力不高。完善教师教学发展制度,成立教师教学发展中心和改进教师教学发展培训,是应用型高校青年教师教学发展的主要路径。The teaching development of young teachers in applied universities is facing the knowledge structure deviation.The practical problems that need to be solved urgently in the teaching development of young teachers in applied universities include the limited educational feelings rooted in the native land,the lack of local problem awareness and transformation ability of local educational resources,and the low ability of student-centered intelligent teaching.Improving the system of teachers teaching development,establishing teachers teaching development center,and improving teachers teaching development training are three paths of the teaching development of young teachers in applied Universities,
