摘　　要：立德树人是高职思想政治理论课守正创新的目标与意义所在。思想政治理论课教学改革必须正确处理守正与创新关系,守正思政课的教育本质是坚持马克思主义立场大道的要求,创新思政课的方法论是提升立德树人工作质量的必然选择。坚持思政课的教育性、思想性与教育教学规律是守正之本,而探新教学方法、教学技术、教学评价等是创新之形。高职思想政治理论课教学改革的基本策略要着眼于时代发展,准确站位,唤醒学习者的主体意识,促进有意义的深度学习产生,以增值性评价助力学生全面发展。To strengthen moral education and cultivate people is the significance value of the integrity and innovation in ideological and political theory course.The teaching reform of ideological and political theory course must correctly deal with the relationship between integrity and innovation.The educational essence of ideological and political theory course must adhere to the requirements of Marxism,and the innovation of the methodology of ideological and political theory course is the inevitable choice to improve the quality of ideological and political theory course.Adhering to the educational,ideological and teaching rules of ideological and political theory course is the basis of integrity,and exploring new teaching methods,teaching techniques,teaching evaluation and so on is the form of innovation.The basic strategy of ideological and political theory course teaching reform in higher vocational colleges should focus on the development of the times,grasp the direction of reform accurately,awaken learners'subjective consciousness,promote meaningful deep learning,and help students'allround development with value-added evaluation.
