摘 要:线上线下融合式教学可以突破时空限制,根据学生的不同学习需求和学习风格提供个性化学习内容与学习路径,已成为后疫情时代的一种常态化教学模式。研究线上线下融合式教学,对于提高教学效果、推动教育创新具有重要意义。基于此,文章以2022年深圳市中小学校开展的线上线下融合式教学实践为例,首先总结了教师线下学生线上、教师线下学生线上线下、教师线上学生线下、教师线上学生线上线下四种典型的中小学校线上线下融合式教学模式;之后以ADDIE模型为理论基础,提出了中小学校线上线下融合式教学的实施路径;最后对深圳市参与线上线下融合式教学的小学四年级至高二年级师生进行了满意度调研,分析了深圳市线上线下融合式教学的实践效果,结果显示:深圳市中小学校师生对于线上线下融合式教学的效果整体较为满意。文章的研究成果和实践经验可为常态化开展线上线下融合式教学提供参考,并为探索特殊人群居家学习、云端学校等新教育形态提供实践指导。Online-merge-offline(OMO)teaching can break through the limitations of time and space and provide personalized learning contents and learning paths according to students’different learning needs and learning styles,which has become a normal teaching model in the post epidemic era.Studying OMO teaching is of great significance for improving teaching effectiveness and promoting educational innovation.Based on this,taking the OMO teaching practice carried out by primary and secondary schools in Shenzhen in 2022 for example,this paper summarized four typical OMO teaching models,namely,teacher-offline and student-online,teacher-offline and student-online or student-offline,teacher-online and student-offline,teacher-online and student-online or student-offline.After that,taking the ADDIE model as the theoretical basis,this paper proposed the implementation paths of OMO teaching.Finally,the satisfaction degrees of teachers and students from Grade 4 of primary schools to Grade 2 of senior high schools in Shenzhen who participated in OMO teaching were investigated,and the practical effect of OMO in Shenzhen was analyzed.The research results showed teachers and students in primary and secondary schools in Shenzhen were generally satisfied with the effect of OMO teaching.The research results and practical experience of this paper can provide reference for the normal development of OMO teaching,and provide practical guidance for exploring new education forms such as home learning and cloud-based schools for special groups.
