摘  要:以金耳为原料,采用微波辅助萃取金耳总黄酮,并通过单因素实验和响应面分析法确定金耳总黄酮最佳萃取工艺。结果表明,金耳总黄酮最佳萃取工艺为料液比1∶20(mg∶mL)、微波时间4 min、微波功率400 W、乙醇浓度60%,在此实验条件下金耳总黄酮微波萃取率为0.6712%。Using Tremella aurantialba as raw material,microwave assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Tremella aurantialba was used,and the optimal extraction process of total flavonoids from Tremella aurantialba was determined through single factor experiments and response surface analysis.The results showed that the optimal extraction process for total flavonoids from Tremella aurantialba was material to liquid ratio 1∶20(mg∶mL),microwave time 4 minutes,microwave power 400 W,and ethanol concentration 60%.Under these experimental conditions,the microwave extraction rate of total flavonoids from Tremella aurantialba was 0.6712%.
