摘　　要：近年来,随着教育部、财政部“双高计划”的颁布,得益于国家集中力量大力发展职业教育的政策支持,各级政府财政对职业院校的基建工程项目投入也不断加大。为适应新形势下的高职院校基建工程的项目管理工作,本文结合实际工程案例,分析高职院校基建管理工作的困难点,针对工程项目管理的全过程,对相关问题提出合理建议及意见,从而全面提升高职院校基建工程项目管理的水平。In recent years,with the promulgation of the“Double High Plan”by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance,thanks to the policy support of the state to concentrate on the development of vocational education,the financial investment of governments at all levels in the infrastructure engineering projects of vocational colleges has also continuously increased.In order to adapt to the project management of infrastructure engineering in vocational colleges under the new situation,this paper analyzes the difficulties of infrastructure management in vocational colleges based on actual engineering cases,and puts forward reasonable suggestions and opinions on relevant issues in the whole process of engineering project management,so as to comprehensively improve the level of infrastructure engineering project management in vocational colleges.
