摘　　要：网络时代迭代更新,从web1.0到web2.0再到已然开启的web3.0时代的演变。网络赋能教育,使得教育的形式与手段发生了根本性的改变。应用型本科教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分,肩负着服务区域经济发展的重要使命,其教师在瞬息万变的网络时代,时时、恰当演绎教师角色,才能实现应用型人才培养目标。应用型本科院校教师角色既有教师角色的一般性,又有其特殊性。在网络时代,教育回归本真——人的教育,教师的育人功能只能更加凸显其不可替代的关键性作用。随着web3.0时代的开启,在虚拟的教学环境中,师生都拥有各自的数字化身份,为师生共同学习、共同提升,赋予创造性的个性化学习空间,对于以“应用”为目标的应用型本科院校教师来说如鱼得水,终身学习者、研究者、创新创造者的角色将在网络技术的快速更迭中同步演绎。With the evolution from web1.0 to web2.0 and then to the already opened web3.0 era,the network era is updated itera⁃tively.Network enabling education has made fundamental changes in the form and means of education.Application-oriented under⁃graduate education,as an important part of higher education,shoulders the important mission of serving regional economic develop⁃ment.Application-oriented undergraduate teachers should always and appropriately play their roles in the ever-changing network era,so as to achieve the goal of application-oriented talents training.The role of applied undergraduate teachers is both general and special.In the era of network,education returns to its nature-human education,and the education function of teachers can only high⁃light its irreplaceable key role.With the opening of web3.0 era,the virtual teaching environment,in which teachers and students have their own digital identities,provides creative personalized learning space for teachers and students to learn and improve together.For the“application”as the goal of application-oriented undergraduate college teachers,it is like a duck to water.Teachers’roles as lifelong learners,researchers,innovators and creators will be performed synchronously in the rapid change of network technology.
