社会组织参与下财经类高校校企协同育人的思考

摘　　要：社会组织拥有与政府部门、高校、企业接触密切的优势。社会组织参与财经类高校校企协同育人不仅有助于推动高校专业建设,提高学生培养水平,还有助于促进合作企业业务发展、提升组织团体自身社会价值。为此,财经类高校可以通过专业指导团队、校企合作基地、校企科研平台以及专业研讨会议等途径,推动社会组织参与校企协同育人建设。在推进社会组织参与下财经类高校校企协同育人建设中,财经类高校不仅要注重社会组织的优势作用、有效推动学科专业人员与社会组织的融合、加强社会组织参与的协同育人项目谋划,还要发挥好在协同育人机制中的规范引导作用。Social organizations have the advantage of close contact with government departments,universities and enterprises.The participation of social organizations in the collaborative education between colleges and enterprises in financial colleges and universities is not only conducive to promoting the professional construction of colleges and universities,improving the level of student training,but also conducive to promoting the business development of cooperative enterprises and enhancing the social value of the organization itself.for this reason,financial colleges and universities can promote social organizations to participate in the construction of school enterprise collaborative education through professional guidance teams,school enterprise cooperation bases,school enterprise research platforms and professional seminars.However,in the process of promoting the collaborative education of financial colleges and universities with the participation of social organizations,financial colleges and universities should not only pay attention to the advantages of social organizations,effectively promote the integration of discipline professionals and social organizations,strengthen the collaborative education project planning with the participation of social organizations,but also play a normative role in the collaborative education mechanism.
