摘　　要：重视对青年知识群体的劳动教育是党的优良传统和特色做法。大学生劳动教育是高校教育的重要组成部分,已经成为理论热点和实践焦点话题,契合了历史的延续、理论的必然和实践的需要。“逻辑选择亟须纠偏”“认知站位亟待提升”和“教育范式急需优化”是当前大学生劳动教育的三大实践困境。“培育理论自觉,引正逻辑选择”“强化政治自觉,提升认知站位”和“夯实行动自觉,优化教育范式”是大学生劳动教育的改革路向。Paying attention to the labor education of young students is the Party’s fine tradition and characteristic practice.College students’labor education,an integral part of college education,has become a hot topic in theory and practice,which conforms to the continuation of history,the necessity of theory and the need of practice.“Wrong logical choices need to be corrected”,“the cognitive position needs to be improved”and“educational paradigms need to be optimized”are the three major practical dilemmas of the current college students’labor education.“Cultivating theoretical consciousness&guiding logical selection”,“strengthening political consciousness&improving the cognitive position”and“tamping action consciousness&optimizing educational paradigms”are the reform directions in college students’labor education.
