摘 要:本文全方位分析讨论了某车型搭载的主动稳定杆控制算法、结构、供电及其与悬架域控制器通讯的相关设计及原理。通过实车采集掌握了主动稳定杆控制逻辑,从稳定杆扭矩计算、扭矩分配及电控等方面做了深入分析。对计算源数据侧向加速度及侧倾角速度介绍了2个数学模型,从稳定杆刚度设计方面讨论了稳定杆设计逻辑。另外结合底盘系统台架项目调试过程经验,阐述了通讯及供电要素的关键点。本文在涉及主动稳定杆设计及系统级台架应用方面,有很大的参考及指导意义。The control algorithm,structure,power supply and the communication principle of the active roll bar are discussed in this paper.The control logic of the active roll bar is mastered through the real vehicle data acquisition,and the torque calculation,torque distribution and electric control of the stabilizer bar are deeply analyzed.Two mathematical models are introduced to calculate lateral acceleration and angle velocity of source data.The design logic of stabilizer bar is discussed from the aspect of stiffness design of stabilizer bar.In addition,the key points of communication and power supply elements are expounded based on the experience of chassis system bench project debugging.This paper has great reference and guiding significance in the design of active stabilizer bar and system-level platform application.
