摘  要:随着高等教育人才培养质量的要求越来越高,高校必须构建全过程的质量监控体系,将近期反馈和长远评价相结合,而人才培养的过程是决定最终质量的关键。人才培养质量的过程监控体系包括人才培养质量过程监控的内容和手段、内部监控的过程管理、外部监控的社会评价等内容。无边界职业生涯时代的到来,使得高校人才培养必须更加注重大学生个体的职业胜任力。文章从人才培养质量过程监控的内容、手段、内部监控的过程管理、外部监控的社会评价入手,在无边界职业生涯理论视域下研究以就业力提升为导向的高校人才培养质量过程监控体系的构建。With the higher and higher requirements for the quality of talent training in higher education,colleges and universities must build a quality control system for the whole process,combining the shortterm feedback and long-term evaluation,in which the process of talent training is the key to determining the final quality.The process monitoring system of talent training quality includes the content and means of the process monitoring of talent training quality,the process management of intemnal monitoring,the social evaluation of extemal monitoring and so on.With the advent of the era of boundary-free career,college talent training must pay more attention to the professional competence of individual college students.Starting with the content and means of the quality process monitoring of talent training,the process management of intemal monitoring and the social evaluation of external monitoring,this paper studies the construction of the quality process monitoring system of talent training oriented to employabillty promotion in colleges and universities from the perspective of borderless career theory.
