摘  要:为高效合理地对滚筒式杀青机的滚筒进行结构设计,缩短产品研发周期、节约设计成本,以某型号滚筒杀青机为研究对象,对茶叶在滚筒中的运动情况进行分析;对杀青机滚筒的内部结构进行参数设计。通过离散元软件EDEM对滚筒的杀青过程和出料过程进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明,导叶板高度为130 mm,升角为10°时,茶叶的受热更均匀,杀青效果更好;当出料板数量为4,出料转速为20 r/min时,更便于茶叶的平稳出料。In order to avoid blindness in the drum structure design process of drum-type tea fixation machine,shorten the product design cycle and reduce the design cost,the movement of tea in the drum is analyzed with a certain type of drum-type fixation machine taken as the research object.Based on this,the structural parameters of the internal structure of the drum are designed,and the water-removing process and discharging process of the drum are simulated and analyzed by the discrete element software EDEM.The simulation results show that when the height of the guide vane plate is 130 mm and the rising angle is 10°,the heating of tea is more uniform and the water-removing effect is better.When the number of discharge plates is 4 and the discharge speed is 20 r/min,it is more convenient for the stable discharge of tea.
