摘　　要：中西医结合临床人才培养面临着诸多亟待解决的问题,通过对学者关于中西医结合的解读,提出中西医结合临床人才培养目标定位为具有扎实、博学的中医、西医理论知识,熟练掌握中西医结合理论,具备丰富的中医、西医专业技能和学贯中西、融会贯通、优势互补的临床能力理解,结合中西医结合学科长期处在发展建设中的实际情况,并从课程体系、教材建设、临床实践教学及师资队伍等方面提出切实可操作的建议和举措,为中西医结合临床人才培养模式的建设和改革提供参考。Through the interpretation of scholars on integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,it is proposed that the goal of training clinical practitioners in Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine is to have solid and erudite theoretical knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine,be proficient in the theory of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,rich professional skills and the ability to Integrate Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.The discipline of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine has been under development and construction for a long time,thus,proposals are put forward from the aspects of curriculum system,teaching material construction,clinical practice teaching and teaching team,aiming to provide reference for the construction and reform of clinical practitioner training mode of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.
