扶贫地理知识图谱构建与分析——以临沂市为例

摘　　要：目前中国的减贫战略转型为制定复合贫困整体解决方案,其中扶贫分析涉及海量多源异构数据,数据间潜在的相似性和相关性难以被直接挖掘和利用。该文结合扶贫数据,经本体设计、知识抽取、实体对齐、实体融合和知识推理构建扶贫地理知识图谱。首先依据扶贫数据设计本体模型,然后搭建ALBERT实体关系联合抽取模型用于知识抽取,以及基于地名的多特征行政区划实体对齐模型用于地名消歧,再经实体融合及知识推理后形成扶贫地理知识图谱。基于图谱进行社区划分,从物资关系、空间分布特征和时间变化特征分析扶贫项目的社区划分结果,发现社区中扶贫项目实施的特点及潜在联系,为后续制定扶贫措施提供决策依据。At present,China's poverty reduction strategy has been transformed into the formulation of an overall solution to compound poverty,in which poverty alleviation analysis involves a large number of multi-source heterogeneous data,and the potential similarity between the data is difficult to be directly mined and utilized.This paper constructs the poverty alleviation geographic knowledge graph through ontology design,knowledge extraction,entity alignment,entity fusion and knowledge reasoning based on the poverty alleviation data.The specific steps are as follows.Firstly,the ontology model is designed based on poverty alleviation data.Then the ALBERT entity and relationship joint extraction model is built for knowledge extraction.The multi-feature entity alignment model of administrative division based on place names is built for place name disambiguation.After entity fusion and knowledge reasoning,the poverty alleviation geographic knowledge graph is formed.The community is divided based on the graph.The community division results of the poverty alleviation projects are analyzed from the relationship between projects and materials,spatial distribution characteristics and time change characteristics,and the characteristics and potential links of the implementation of the poverty alleviation projects in the community are found,providing decision-making basis for the formulation of subsequent poverty alleviation measures.
