新冠疫情期间师范生新型学习模式的探索与实践

摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情期间,我们响应国家“停课不停学”的号召,积极探索了多样化的学习模式,如教师主导下的授受学习模式、任务驱动下的自主学习模式、项目激励下的创新提高学习模式、共同体视域下的小组合作学习模式、智慧教室介入下的一线对接学习模式、基于微信QQ的非正式学习模式。这些教学模式既落实了教学进度,也保证了师范生的教师职业素养、教育基本理论知识素养以及教学实践技能和科学研究能力得以训练和提升。During the period of COVID-19 epidemic,in response to the national call of"suspend classes without stopping learning",a variety of learning modes have been actively explored,such as the teacher-led learning mode,the task-driven autonomous learning mode,the project-motivated innovation and improvement learning mode,the group cooperative learning mode from the perspective of the community,the first-line docking learning mode under the intervention of the smart classroom,and the informal learning mode based on WeChat and QQ.These teaching modes not only implement the teaching progress,but also ensure the training and improvement of teachers'professional literacy,basic theoretical knowledge of education,teaching practical skills and scientific research abilities of normal university students.
