竹木筷二氧化硫·重金属和塑化剂含量检测研究

摘　　要：为科学评价竹木筷产品质量,对47种竹木筷SO2,24种漆饰竹木筷重金属铅、镉、砷和18种塑化剂等安全危害物质进行研究,并构建迁移样品面积计算模型。结果表明,16种炭化竹筷和16种木筷均未检出SO2,但15种本色竹筷中有14种检出SO2,其中4种超出GB 19790.2—2005的限值要求。24种漆饰竹木筷均检出重金属,其中23种检出铅、17种检出镉、3种检出砷,但迁移量均低于GB/T 24398—2009的限值要求。2种漆饰竹木筷未检出塑化剂,22种漆饰竹木筷共检出5种塑化剂,其中22种筷子检出邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)、11种筷子检出邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)、各9种筷子检出邻苯二甲酸异丁酯(DIBP)和邻苯二甲酸(2-乙基)己酯(DEHP)、3种筷子检测出邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)。检出的DEHP迁移量均小于GB 9685—2016中的限值要求(≤1.5 mg/kg);检出DBP的3种漆饰竹木筷中有1种筷子DBP迁移量达645.0μg/kg,超出了GB 9685—2016中的限值要求(≤0.3 mg/kg)。In order to scientifically evaluate the quality of bamboo and wooden chopsticks,the safety hazards were studied in this paper,such as SO 2 residues in 47 kinds of bamboo and wooden chopsticks,heavy metals(lead,cadmium,arsenic)and 18 types of plasticizer residue in 24 kinds of lacquered bamboo and wooden chopsticks,and the calculation model of migration sample area was constructed.The results showed that the SO 2 was not detected in 16 kinds of carbonized bamboo chopsticks and 16 kinds of wooden chopsticks,but it was detected in 14 of the 15 kinds natural color bamboo chopsticks,among which 4 kinds exceeded the limit requirements of GB 19790.2-2005.24 types of lacquer decorated bamboo and wood chopsticks all detected heavy metals,including 23 detected lead,17 detected cadmium,and 3 detected arsenic,but the migration amount was lower than the limit requirements of GB/T 24398-2009.Two types of lacquer decorated bamboo and wood chopsticks did not detect plasticizers,and a total of 5 plasticizers were detected in 22 types of lacquer decorated bamboo and wood chopsticks.Among them,22 types of chopsticks detected diethyl phthalate(DEP),11 types of chopsticks detected dimethyl phthalate(DMP),isobutyl phthalate(DIBP)and 2-Ethylhexyl phthalate(DEHP)were both detected in 9 kinds of chopsticks,and dibutyl phthalate(DBP)was detected in 3 kinds.The detected DEHP migration amount was less than the limit requirement in GB 9685-2016(≤1.5 mg/kg);one of the three types of lacquer decorated bamboo and wood chopsticks with DBP detected had a DBP migration amount of 645.0μg/kg,which exceeded the limit requirement in GB 9685-2016(≤0.3 mg/kg).
