摘　　要：毛泽东关于领导干部道德建设的思想是在其领导中国革命与建设的伟大实践中形成和发展的,其以马克思主义科学理论为指导,充分结合党在不同时期的历史任务及所处方位,创造性地提出了领导干部道德建设的科学思想。毛泽东关于领导干部道德建设的思想内涵丰富、视野高远,包含全心全意为人民服务的道德要求、远大理想的道德支撑、艰苦奋斗与勤俭节约的道德习惯、实事求是与清正廉洁的道德追求以及纪律严明与民主监督的道德约束。其以关心爱护与服务为民提升领导干部的道德情怀,以建章立制与纪律规定增强领导干部的道德意志,以革命实践与“赶考”清醒鞭策领导干部的道德行为,体现出深刻且丰厚的时代意蕴。Mao Zedong thought on moral construction of leading cadres has formed and developed during his practice of leading the Chinese revolution and construction Guided by the scientific theory of Marxism,Mao creatively put forward scientific ideas on the moral construction of leading cadres by fully integrating the histori-cal tasks with positions of the Party in different periods The thought,rich in content and broad in vision,in-cludes the moral requirements of serving the people wholeheartedly,the moral support from lofty ideals,the moral habits of hard work and thrift,the moral pursuit of seeking truth from facts,integrity and clean conduct,and the moral constraints of strict discipline and democratic supervision It is of profound significance for it elevates the moral sentiments of leading cadres for the people,enhance their moral will through the establish-ment of regulations and disciplinary provisions,and spur on their moral behavior through revolutionary practice and the sober awareness of“passing exam”.
