摘　　要：企业培训项目工作高效率、高质量的管理是企业战略高效执行的重要步骤之一。项目管理作为现代管理手段,在各类管理领域内都有良好的应用。本文将通过展示十大知识领域、项目管理工具在企业培训项目管理中的应用情况,以期对企业培训项目管理工作高效率、高质量开展起到指导作用。Efficient and high-quality management of enterprise training projects is one of the crucial steps for the efficient execution of corporate strategies.Project management,as a modern management method,has been widely applied in various management fields.This paper showcases the application of the top ten knowledge areas and project management tools in enterprise training project management,aiming to provide guidance for efficient and high-quality implementation of enterprise training projects.
