摘  要:校企协同育人是新形势下高校教育教学工作的重要形式,企业参与人才培养的深度、广度、融合度直接影响高素质应用型人才培养的质量。长青学院财政学专业在校企合作、协同育人方面经过多年探索和实践取得了一定的成绩,获得了社会的认可。但是随着社会对应用型人才要求的提高,给长青学院人才培养带来了挑战和压力,也使校企合作的问题逐渐暴露出来。针对长青学院财政学院专业在校企合作、协同育人过程中存在的问题,文章分别从明确校企合作模式、建立专业对口实习基地、调动企业积极性等方面探索校企合作、协同育人的新方法和途径,切实推动校企深度合作,合力培养高质量应用型人才。School-enterprise cooperation is an important form of college education and teaching work under the new situation.The depth,breadth and fusion degree of enterprise participation in talent training directly affect the quality of high-quality application-oriented talent training.After years of exploration and practice,the finance major of Changqing College has made certain achievements in the cooperation between colleges and enterprises and colla-borative education,and gained the recognition of the society.However,along with the with the improvement of the society's requirements on applied talents,the challenges and pressures that come with it,causes the problems of school-enterprise cooperation gradually exposed.In view of the problems existing in the process of school-enterprise cooperation,this paper probes into the new methods and approaches of school-enterprise cooperation from the aspects of defining the mode of school-enterprise cooperation,establishing professional counterpart practice bases,and arousing the enthusiasm of enterprises,etc.,so as to make contributions to the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises and the training of high-quality applied talents.
