摘  要:中国白酒的价值随着年龄的增长而增加,中国白酒的陈酿年份目前无法快速准确地检测出来。傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)与衰减全反射(ATR)相结合是一种无需样品处理的检测方法。红外区域的FTIR-ATR(4000~650 cm)用该方法估算了中国浓香型基础酒的陈酿年份。实验建立偏最小二乘回归模型对FTIR-ATR光谱数据进行分析,通过对不同预处理方法建立的模型进行比较,得到了一个精度较高的陈酿年份回归模型(R^(2)=0.993,RPD=12.685)。研究证实FTIR-ATR可以有效预测浓香型白酒的陈酿年份,加快检测过程。The value of Chinese liquor increases with age,and the aging years of Chinese liquor cannot be detected quickly and accurately at present.The combination of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and attenuated total reflection(ATR)is a detection method without sample processing.FTIR-ATR(4000-650cm)in infrared region was used to estimate the aging years of Chinese Luzhou flavor base liquor.A partial least squares regression model was established to analyze FTIR-ATR spectral data.By comparing the models established by different pretreatment methods,a regression model of aging years with higher accuracy was obtained(R^(2)=0.993,RPD=12.685).This study confirmed that FTIR-ATR can effectively predict the aging year of Luzhou flavor liquor and speed up the detection process.
