新时代高校教师党支部党建与学科建设融合问题探析

摘　　要：党的二十大通过《中国共产党章程(修正案)》,增写“坚持新时代党的组织路线”部分。高校教师党支部党的建设与学科建设的有效融合,是坚持新时代党的组织路线提升基层党建工作实效的重要途径,也是提升学科建设质量的必然要求。对融合的目标、动力与路径进行研究,有助于进一步加强党建与学科建设融合的方向性、自觉性、主动性,提升工作实效性,落实党的教育方针。高校教师党支部党建与学科建设融合的目标主要分为嵌入学科、融入学科、服务学科三个层次,融合的动力主要来源于价值追求、组织需求、学科诉求三个方面,融合的路径主要依靠价值交流共享、活动融合共通、人才培养共情三种方式。Delegates to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)adopted a resolution on the amendment to the CPC Constitution to enshrine the"Adhering to the Party's organizational line in the new era".The effective integration of Party construction and Discipline construction of university teachers'Party branch is not only an important way to improve the effectiveness of Party construction,but also an inevitable requirement to improve the quality of discipline construction.The research on the goal,motivation and path of integration will help to further strengthen the orientation,consciousness,and initiative of the integration,improve the effectiveness of work and implement the party's educational policy.The goal mainly includes embedded discipline,integrated discipline,service discipline.The power mainly includes value pursuit,organizational demand,and discipline appeal.The path mainly includes value exchange and sharing,activity integration and common,talent training.
