摘　　要：该文在我国高等教育“双一流”建设背景下,对中国高等院校的发展及教师的培养进行初步探讨,论述教师在高等教育、思想创新、文化传承中的重要作用,阐释教师的培养和发展是高等院校发展的核心。因此,高等院校应重视教师的培养和发展工作,通过制定相关政策来调动和激发教师的积极性,为教师群体提供良好的教学、科研环境及发展空间,以更好地实现培育高素质创新人才的目标。从多个方面分析教师培养和发展的途径,以及世界高等教育理念对中国高校发展的启示与影响。通过借鉴国外一流高等院校的经验,我国高等院校应拓宽和发展高等教育经费的来源渠道,以及人才培养、引进机制和合作交流方式,并将先进的教育教学方式融入到高等教学体系当中。在当代世界高等教育先进理念的推动下,推进我国高等教育的改革和创新,以适应未来世界高速发展对高等教育的期望和要求。In the context of the construction of the"Double First Class"construction of higher education in China,this article has conducted a preliminary discussion on the development of Chinese universities and teachers'training,discussed the important role of teachers in higher education,ideological innovation,and cultural inheritance,and explained that the training and development of teachers is the core of the development of universities and colleges.Therefore,colleges and universities should attach importance to the training and development of teachers,mobilize and stimulate their enthusiasm through formulating relevant policies,provide a good teaching and research environment and development space for the teacher community,in order to better achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality innovative talents.This article analyzes the approaches to teacher training and development from multiple perspectives,as well as the inspiration and impact of the world's higher education concepts on the development of Chinese universities.By drawing on the experience of foreign top universities,Chinese universities should broaden and develop the sources of higher education funding,as well as talent cultivation,introduction mechanisms,and cooperation and exchange methods,and integrate advanced education and teaching methods into the higher education system.Driven by the advanced concepts of contemporary world higher education,we will promote the reform and innovation of China's higher education to meet the expectations and requirements of the future rapid development of the world for higher education.
