共同富裕目标下高职院校生源结构分析与培养路径研究

摘　　要：职业教育高质量发展与共同富裕具有深度的耦合作用,职业教育要实现高质量发展这一目标落实的关键在于如何结合高职院校生源结构以及区域经济发展特点,实施高层次应用人才培养。该文以四川省某高职院校2019—2021年招生录取样本数据,首先,分析高职院校生源结构特征信息,城乡生源地的比例为3∶7,专业设置适应区域经济发展,生源录取机制灵活,单独招生是主要来源,少数民族学生占在校生13%。其次,阐释高职教育为促进共同富裕发挥基础作用、为乡村振兴提供人才支撑、推进民族地区高质量发展的重大现实意义。最后,从扩大高职院校生源供给、深化教学改革、加强产教融合的视角,提出高职教育提质培优路径。High quality development of vocational education and common prosperity have a deep coupling effect.The key to achieve high quality development of vocational education lies in how to combine the structure of students in higher vocational colleges and the characteristics of regional economic development to implement high-level applied talents training.Based on the sample enrollment data of a higher vocational college in Sichuan Province from 2019 to 2021,this paper first analyzes the characteristics of the student source structure of higher vocational colleges.The results are that the ratio of urban and rural students is 3:7,the major setting adapts to regional economic development,the enrollment mechanism of students is recorded,individual enrollment is the main source,and ethnic minorities account for 13%of the students.Secondly,it explains the great practical significance of higher vocational education to play a basic role in promoting common prosperity,provide talent support for rural revitalization,and promote high-quality development in minority areas.Finally,from the perspective of expanding the supply of students,deepening the reform of teaching,and strengthening the integration of production and education,the paper puts forward the path of improving the quality and training of higher vocational education.
