摘 要:针对双电流传感器永磁同步电机驱动系统中可能出现的软故障,提出了一种复合型故障诊断与容错控制方案。在故障诊断部分,该方案在电流残差的基础上,结合时间分析法对故障电流传感器进行二次检测,解决了恒定阈值下的误检问题;在电流重构部分,设计了二阶超扭曲滑模观测器重构故障电流,并利用Lyapunov原理证明了观测器的稳定性。经半物理仿真平台验证可知,当任一相电流传感器发生故障时,所提策略可以准确定位出故障传感器位置并稳定的重构故障电流,所设计的容错控制系统仍可以正常的调速、加减负载,具有较强的鲁棒性。In this paper,a composite fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control scheme is proposed for the soft faults that may occur in the dual-current sensor permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system.In the fault diagnosis part,the scheme combines the secondary detection of the faulty current sensor based on the current residuals with the time analysis method to solve the false detection problem under the constant threshold;in the current reconstruction part,a second-order hyper-twisted sliding mode observer is designed to reconstruct the faulty current,and the stability of the observer is demonstrated by using Lyapunov′s principle.It is verified by the semi-physical simulation platform that the proposed strategy can accurately locate the location of the faulty sensor and reconstruct the faulty current stably when any phase current sensor is faulty,and the designed fault-tolerant control system can still regulate the speed and add and remove the load normally with strong robustness.
